We always attempt to process all orders received before noon and dispatch them same day.
All of the products offered by Veri Beri Art are handmade and will be packaged as safely as we can make it.
We select whether to use a courier or Royal Mail depending on the size of the item we are sending to you. The price for this service remains the same. Please note that we currently only ship to the UK mainland. If you require delivery outside of the UK mainland please contact us and we can arrange to quote you individually.
Courier or Royal Mail Delivery Service
Please be aware that delivery by courier or by Royal Mail is to your front door. It is up to you to ensure that (particularly in the case of heavier items), you are able to move the goods from your doorstep into your house.
Unfortunately no claims will be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc. caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery (see Delivery Times)
Delivery Times
Delivery times are normally 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday between 7am and 8pm. No morning or afternoon deliveries can be specified. Where possible you will be advised in advance if we cannot meet the delivery schedule.
